Search Warrant Templates:  The investigator or detective using these templates will need to carefully read through each document and change the information highlighted in red text.  The investigator or detective must read and understand the verbiage in the affidavit and search warrant prior to completing your affidavit and obtaining a search warrant for any devices to be searched by Nebraska State Patrol.  Please contact the Nebraska State Patrol Technical Crimes Division with any questions regarding the template before submitting the affidavit to the judge.
