Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) arrested three drunk drivers during a special enforcement in Otoe County.

The enforcement coincided with GermanFest in Syracuse on Saturday, July 14. During the special enforcement, troopers arrested three drivers for driving under the influence.

NSP also issued three citations for minor in possession, one citation for driving under suspension, and one citation for improper child restraint. Troopers also issued ten citations for speeding.

This operation was made possible thanks in part to a grant for $1,100 from the Nebraska Department of Transportation – Highway Safety Office.
