Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) conducted alcohol compliance checks on Tuesday, January 14th, in Fillmore and Thayer counties.

In total, 19 businesses were checked. The checks throughout both counties had a 100% compliance rate.

Businesses that sell alcohol to a minor are referred to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission Clerks who sell alcohol to a minor are cited for procuring alcohol for a minor.
