During the evening hours of Friday, April 2, investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol conducted alcohol inspections in Lincoln County. In total, 16 businesses were inspected. Three of those businesses sold alcohol to a minor for a non-compliance rate of 19 percent. Only one of the businesses failed to check the minor’s identification. On Friday, March 26, Nathan Rogers, 25, of South Sioux City, was arrested for 1st degree sexual assault of a child. He was arrested without incident at his residence in South Sioux City.
