Trooper with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) locates methamphetamine and cocaine during a traffic stop in central Nebraska.
At approximately 7:45 a.m. this morning, a trooper observed a red Chevrolet Trailblazer traveling eastbound on Interstate 80 drive across the center lane near mile marker 134. The trooper initiated a traffic stop.
During the stop, the trooper observed a THC vape pen in plain view with residue in the driver’s hand. Troopers searched the vehicle and located a vacuum sealed bag containing 1 pound of methamphetamine wrapped in cellophane. Troopers also located a small amount of cocaine, pipe, a scale with residue, and a TCH pen.
The driver, Eric Anderson, 43, of Arvada, Colorado, was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, no drug tax stamp, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in Keith County Jail.
