Crime Lab

The Evidence Section of the Crime Laboratory consists of a Section Supervisor and three Forensic Technicians. The Evidence Section is responsible for:

  • First line of communication between the Crime Laboratory and agencies across Nebraska.
  • Accepting and releasing evidence items.
  • Ensuring proper packaging and storage of evidence items.
  • Conducting regular inventories of evidence items.
