These are the official rules for the Matt Rhule Autographed Football Contest:

Any person who posts a photo of themselves with a Nebraska State Trooper from the 2026 Nebraska State Fair will be entered to win the football if the social media post tags the Nebraska State Patrol Recruiter page on either X, Facebook, or Instagram. 

Posts may be shared by the Nebraska State Patrol Recruiter or the Nebraska State Patrol pages on each platform. 

Photos must be taken at the 2026 Nebraska State Fair. Do not approach a trooper working elsewhere in the state for this contest. 

Posts should not contain graphic/obscene imagery or language. Posts that include such material will not be eligible. The Nebraska State Patrol will determine if a particular post meets guidelines for eligibility. 

All posts that meet the criteria for eligibilty will count as one entry. Each photo can be used one time, but there is no limit to the number of different photos a person can post as an entry. 

A drawing of eligible entries will be done following the conclusion of the 2026 Nebraska State Fair. The winner will be notified after the drawing.
