Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement

Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement

The Nebraska State Patrol has served as the primary enforcement agency for the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission since July 1986. In addition to liquor law enforcement, the State Patrol investigates the background of liquor license applicants, complaints of alleged violations and conducts licensed premise inspections.

Questions and concerns regarding Alcohol/Tobacco enforcement issues should be directed to the Alcohol/Tobacco Enforcement Division of the State Patrol at (402) 471-0112. Complaints of alleged violations are kept confidential. However, a name and call back number helps provide our enforcement officers with a contact in case additional information is needed to further an investigation.
