Captain Caradori Graduates from FBI National Academy

September 28, 2016 (Lincoln, Neb.)  —The Nebraska State Patrol is proud to announce the recent graduation of Captain Sean Caradori from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Captain Caradori is in command of the Executive Protection/Capitol Detail Division.

Captain Caradori, a 21-year veteran of the agency was among 230 men and women from 47 states, the District of Columbia and 24 international countries attending the 265th session of the National Academy. He is the 60th sworn member of the Nebraska State Patrol to graduate from the FBI National Academy since 1943.

Internationally known for its academic excellence, the National Academy Program offers 10 weeks of advanced communication, leadership and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies. Training for the program is provided by the FBI Academy instructional staff, special agents, and other staff members holding advanced degrees, many of whom are recognized internationally in their fields of expertise.

Graduation ceremonies for the 265th class were held on Friday, Sept. 16. A total of 49,464 graduates now represent the FBI National Academy since it began in 1935. ###
